Serenity Sounds

Sunshine and walking for exercise after an unexpected visit from a friend was good self-care for me today.

It is a glorious afternoon to tend to some errands ✨️

Today's Moonology Calendar message is about things falling into place.

Yet, recieving terribly sad news last night, part of my world 'fell apart'. It was odd as I drew a card from an INTUITION Oracle Deck yesterday. It was called 'Falling Apart'. So, feeling like I am somewhere in-between, I am taking extra care of myself.

Where are you at right now?

Hope you had a great long weekend!

Again, I have created The Peace Team to raise funds for this year's Got Your Back Sista I Run For Her. The event is Sunday 25 October and I will be at Empire Park from about 9am.

Please consider joining my team through this link. Registration is $25 and comes with an event shirt.

Or you can donate. Please share with family, friends and colleagues too. Together let's say NO to domestic and family violence and abuse.

Thanks so much

Today's Moonology Calendar message is about Venus Retrograde and Ex's...

Today's Moonology Calendar message is about Moon in Leo as Sun and Saturn clash. It's fiery and reminds us...

Don't be that person who let's their ego and/or pride get in the way.

Oh Lionheart Heirloom Rose is blooming for the new season. This one is for my Leo Son. I sooo love my roses!

What are your home hobbies? Mine is definitely gardening... 💚🌹

Today's Moonology Calendar message

Building gardens means creating ecosystems and co-existing with everyone who decides to make it home.

How do they all arrive here? Especially the animals without wings... the Praying Mantis who built a cocoon under the lambskin on my Bridge Chair?

This gorgeous little Golden Orb Spider has created a lovely 'sling web'. It's a lovely sight as it wafts gently in the breeze amongst Shambhala Gardens.

This is self-care 💚
