So here's the right way, the technique I've taught in the treatment room for over 30 years: press the product into the skin first — don't just spread it over the surface. Then use a firm lymphatic massage movement, working outward and down the neck, following the direction of the muscles.
This isn't just about getting product on your face — it's about moving blood, oxygen and lymphatic flow at the same time. That's what makes the difference.

It takes a little more intention than a quick rub-in, but it's genuinely one of the most valuable ten seconds in your whole routine.
