Instagram has lied to women about what great brows should look like...👀

Perfect strokes. Perfect symmetry. Perfect skin.

I'm going to let you in on a little secret - some of the brow pics you see online aren't being created to attract mature clients.

They're designed to impress other artists and often to sell techniques, trainings and courses!

Meanwhile, my mature clients are looking at those images thinking:

"There is NO WAY I'm tattooing those things on my face" 😂

And I don't blame you, mature skin requires a completely different approach. I'm not trying to give you the brows of a 25-year-old influencer.

I'm looking at your skin, your colouring, your bone structure, your natural brow and what's been lost over time.

Then we gently restore it. Because beautiful cosmetic tattooing shouldn't announce itself from across the room.

People shouldn't notice your eyebrows first.

They should notice YOU.

Soft, timeless and undetectable brows are the goal.

Today I had an important appointment to look at a potential venue for the launch of the Australian Institute of Ar**la Restoration AUSTRALIAN INSTITUTE OF AR**LA RESTORATION

And I took my four-year-old son. Dressed as a superhero

Because… mum life

I’m raising two kids, I’m running two businesses, I’m building an Institute.

I’m working towards changing the way women are supported after breast reconstruction in Australia.

And sometimes, apparently, I’m doing all of that with a tiny superhero beside me 😂

There was a time when I thought I needed to keep the two worlds separate.

But this is what building something while being a mum actually looks like.

We can raise babies AND raise movements.

We can be deeply present mothers without abandoning the dreams and ideas that belong to us too.

My kids aren’t getting in the way of what I’m building.

They’re watching their mum build it.

And I reckon there’s something pretty bloody powerful about that🤍

When I asked my client how her new brows were she honestly could not stop raving about them!

"Best thing I've ever done"
"I'm so glad I did it"
"I can't believe I waited this long"
"Not a single person even noticed"
"Best investment ever"
"Even my hairdresser said "it takes months for them to look any good as you can tell straight away when you've had them done"
