The one thing every woman deserves in (peri) menopause — but rarely gets: support.
So often we struggle in silence, searching for answers, feeling overwhelmed and alone. Yet what we truly deserve is to be seen, held, and guided by other women on the path ahead, women who can light the way with their experience, wisdom, and compassion.
We deserve practical support to help us slow down, emotional support to hold the weight of this transition, and even financial support to create the space we need to tend to ourselves.
We deserve to be cherished, nurtured, and celebrated, as emerging elders whose life experience and wisdom enrich not only our own lives but the world around us.
You don’t have to navigate this alone. You are worthy of community, care, and guidance every step of the way.

The way we think about ourselves and our journey can shift everything. By reframing your story, you can release old beliefs, reclaim your power, and step fully into the new chapter waiting for you.
Ask yourself:
What is my current story about my menopause journey?
How would I like that story to change?
What am I wanting for my life right now, and how would I like it to look?
This is your invitation to see yourself not as “losing” something, but as emerging into the next, most authentic version of you.

We get it… being told to “slow down” can feel frustrating, even impossible. So many women tell us, “If one more person says that to me, I swear I’m going to lose it.”
Because when your life is overflowing with work demands, children, ageing parents, household responsibilities, and the invisible load you carry without acknowledgement… slowing down can feel not just unrealistic, but 𝘥𝘪𝘴𝘮𝘪𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘷𝘦. Like no one actually sees what you’re holding.
But here’s what we’ve witnessed again and again in our work with women:
𝘚𝘛𝘙𝘌𝘚𝘚 𝘐𝘕𝘛𝘌𝘕𝘚𝘐𝘍𝘐𝘌𝘚 𝘔𝘌𝘕𝘖𝘗𝘈𝘜𝘚𝘌 𝘚𝘠𝘔𝘗𝘛𝘖𝘔𝘚
And even the smallest moments of slowing and settling your nervous system can make a meaningful difference.
So instead of imagining an empty calendar or a week at a yoga retreat… what if slowing down became possible in tiny, doable ways?
✨ Three deep breaths at every traffic light
✨ Five minutes of quiet before you reach for your phone
✨ Charging your phone outside the bedroom
✨ A drop of essential oil in your morning shower
✨ A special tea you savour each day
✨ A 10-minute walk on your lunch break
Small pauses. Tiny rituals. Gentle breaths. A moment of sacredness.
These are the shifts that create space inside a full life.
We’d love to hear your ideas...please comment and share what helps you slow down, and inspire another sister who might really need it today. 💛

We wanted to share a beautiful Blessing to your future self in menopause that you could use in a New Year ceremony, or any quiet moment of reflection.
Take a few minutes to create a small ceremony for yourself: light a candle, pour a cup of tea, or step outside into nature. Sit quietly, connect to your breath, and read the blessing aloud. As you do, allow yourself to connect deeply with the wisdom of the women who’ve gone before you, and with the land you’re sitting on and all of nature around you.
Set a clear intention for who you are calling in… the version of yourself that is ready to emerge in this next chapter. Notice the feelings that arise as you sit in the presence of that new self. The more you allow yourself to feel it fully, the more that vision begins to take root in your life.
Your New Year can become not just a turning of the calendar, but a sacred doorway into the woman you are becoming.

As we stand on the threshold of a brand new year, this is your invitation to pause… breathe… and ask yourself what you truly want to carry forward, and what you’re finally ready to release.
Menopause is a natural time of shedding, and the end of a year mirrors that energy perfectly. These journal prompts are here to help you let go of the beliefs, fears, and expectations that no longer fit who you’re becoming.
Make space. Clear the old. Step into 2026 with intention, softness, and your whole self. ✨

This is one of the quietest truths about (peri) menopause:
MOST WOMEN ARE GOING THROUGH IT ALONE AND UNSUPPORTED!!
We don’t have elders guiding us.
We don’t have community rituals.
We barely have conversations about it.
And isolation matters, not just emotionally, but physically. Stress, disconnection, and carrying everything on your own can amplify symptoms like hot flushes, anxiety, sleep changes, irritability, and overwhelm.
Community changes the experience.
Being witnessed soothes the nervous system.
Being supported helps your body settle.
Being understood softens the symptoms.
You were never meant to do this alone.
Connection is medicine.

We’ve all thought this at some point — maybe it won’t happen to me… maybe I’ll just roll straight into menopause quietly.
It’s understandable. Many women say this because the stories they’ve heard make menopause sound chaotic or scary.
But what if it doesn’t have to be that way…
Yes the transition is inevitable but it doesn’t need to be dramatic or painful.
When women understand the bigger picture, when they have tools to regulate their nervous system, and when they feel supported rather than isolated…
This transition becomes less about “struggling through it” and more about reconnecting with yourself.
When women see the bigger picture of the power that this stage holds it becomes an initiation they don’t want to miss.

A simple breakdown to help you understand Estrogen. When you know the roles of E1, E2, and E3, the mood shifts, brain fog, and cycle changes make so much more sense. Knowledge is power — especially in menopause. 💛
15/12/2025
If you’re a woman who’s had babies in your 40s, you might recognise this feeling…that creeping sense that maybe you’re going crazy. I remember thinking: Maybe it’s postnatal depression… maybe it’s the sleep deprivation… maybe the brain fog is normal after having babies, isn’t it?
But as the weeks and months went by, I noticed my energy wasn’t returning. My mind wasn’t clearing. And I kept asking myself: It must just be the late nights and breastfeeding. I’ve only just given birth. I can’t possibly be peri-menopausal yet… that’s years away, isn’t it?
What I didn’t realise then was that (peri) menopause can begin quietly, overlapping with life’s busiest, most exhausting seasons. And it can leave you feeling uncertain, frustrated, and very much alone.
At Murmurr, we believe no woman should walk this path alone. We’ve seen firsthand the difference knowledge, gentle guidance, and a supportive community can make on a woman’s (peri) menopause journey. That’s why we focus on providing tools to support women and creating a loving sisterhood, so women can move through this transition feeling seen, supported, and empowered, and even discover joy in this next chapter.
