We started Forma Beauty because we believed a treatment room could be more than a place you go to look better. It could be a place you go to feel like yourself again.

Lymphatic drainage went viral on Instagram as one of the MOST underrated treatments. But it’s not new.
The therapy was developed in the 1930s by Danish therapist Emil Vodder originally to treat chronic sinusitis and immune disorders. It was adopted into medical practice for lymphoedema management following cancer treatment, where it remains a clinical standard today.
The science since then is clear. Research supports lymphatic drainage for:
