Physique update 🧡 I don’t know what my body weight currently is as we don’t have scales here, but I’ve still been putting in the work 💪🏽 Before I left to Bali, I was the lightest weight I have been in over 10years. Projecting to drop another 2kgs by the time I’m back. 17kg drop so far this prep. 🚶‍♀️ AM walks (on the treadmill because it’s waaay to dark at 5am) 🧘‍♀️ Strength and Serenity coaching sessions 🥗 Hitting my calorie goals 🏃‍♂️ Cardio sessions Trying to minimise my stress as I navigate this last push, client work, and running the retreat. The resort has been super accomodating to my dietary needs and they weigh out all my food for me 🥹🥹 Bless them! Not going to lie… it’s been very hard.
