LatitudeCoffee

Coffee Boy West End just got an upgrade, and we're proud to have been part of it.

We are lucky that we have a very close relationship with Eversys, with Henry’s background being within Servicing & Sales of Eversys before Latitude.

We also share our warehouse with Tiger Coffee - the Sole importer & distributor for Eversys in Australia.

Resulting in a seamless & easy integration for our customers that are wanting to look into automation.

Pre-batch taps are a game changer for the café experience.

Consistent quality, faster service and more time for the team to actually connect with the people they're serving.

It's a smarter way to deliver coffee without compromising on what's in the cup, and is doing it properly.

Go pay them a visit and see it in action for yourself ☕

Latitude wasn't built to be another coffee roaster.

It was built to open minds, to show people what's actually possible with flavour in coffee when you source the right origins, roast them with genuine care and refuse to settle for anything average.

Every bag we put on the shelf, every wholesale partner we work with, every batch that goes through the drum.

That's what we're here for.

The vintage tees have dropped.

Every morning has a vibe, and we've got a blend to match it.

Roasting specifically for filter isn't something every roaster does, but for us it's non-negotiable.

Filter is coffee in its most restrained form.

There's nothing to hide behind and nothing masking what the farmer intended, and that's exactly why every filter coffee we put on the shelf has its own dedicated roast profile built around that specific extraction.

The founder of Latitude didn't plan to start a roastery, but coffee had other ideas.

Growing up around a family coffee business in England through the 90s & early 00’s, the industry was always in the background.

Then a move to Australia, a role fixing commercial coffee machines and a spark that wouldn't go away.

In 2018, Latitude was born in North Lakes, Brisbane.

Second generation, built from scratch, and still driven by the same thing it always was; the belief that coffee can be something genuinely extraordinary if you care enough to make it that way.
