The Role
As Head Chef, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality food service, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of a commercial kitchen.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Preparing and presenting food to a consistently high standard
Adhering to all HSE policies, procedures, and safe food handling practices
Accommodating dietary requirements, including allergies and special guest requests
Managing stock ordering, rotation, and stocktaking
Maintaining a clean, organised kitchen, along with all equipment and utensils
Creating dishes of exceptional quality that nourish and delight our guests
Delivering fast, effective service with a positive and professional attitude
Assisting in overseeing kitchen employees, including training and performance development
About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following skills, qualifications, and experience:
Previous Head Chef experience within a similar commercial environment
Formal trade qualifications in commercial cooking or equivalent demonstrated experience
Proven experience with electronic purchase ordering and cost management
Proven experience in planning and developing menus
Demonstrated ability to work effectively both within a team and autonomously
Strong ability to prepare and organise tasks ahead of service
HACCP experience is essential, with a strong emphasis on food hygiene standards
Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (required)
Current First Aid Certificate (highly desirable)
Experience with Cooking The Books software (highly desirable)
Current driver's licence

We are currently seeking a Project Administrator to join our Resources team, supporting our Civil and Electrical Construction scopes on the Wheatstone Project.
This is a great opportunity for Onslow locals looking to work close to home while playing an important role in a major project within the local community.
As the Project Administrator, you will report to the Senior Project Manager and provide essential support across project operations, helping ensure key tasks, information and documentation are kept organised and on track.
Youโll work closely with both site and office teams, assisting with day-to-day coordination and contributing to the smooth delivery of projects.
Other key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Manage the accurate processing and timely submission of timesheets and leave for all project personnel.
Serve as the key point of contact for project enquiries, keeping communication sharp and seamless across internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
Coordinate mobilisation for site personnel, including arranging travel and accommodation.
Facilitate project inductions and maintain up-to-date records of site personnel qualifications and competencies.
Assist with subcontractor onboarding to ensure compliance and readiness for site mobilisation.
Support the Accounts Payable team and project staff by assisting with the timely review, approval, and processing of invoices.
Maintain well-organised and current project documentation to support efficient project delivery and compliance.
Raise purchase orders for the project team and assist with managing associated invoices and financial documentation.
To be successful, you will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:
Previous experience in an administration role, ideally within the Construction and/or Resources sector.
High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in all interactions.
Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to respond to evolving project demands and priorities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to anticipate and respond to project needs.

The Role:
The Mechanical Tradesperson is responsible for the repair and ongoing maintenance of the off-highway fleet and related ancillary equipment, including service trucks and water carts.
Conducting routine maintenance and major/minor breakdown repair work on off-highway road transport Kenworth and Scania, Belly Dumpers, Trucks and Trailers, heavy earthmoving mobile equipment and ancillary fleet.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical faults in systems such as highway road transport and heavy earth moving equipment.
Install and commission new machinery and equipment; modify existing systems to enhance safety, reliability, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with trades, operators, and maintenance teams to coordinate large-scale shutdowns and scheduled maintenance activities.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, including parts usage, service reports, inspection logs, and schedules.
About You:
Heavy Road Transport qualification with post-trade experience and experience with heavy earthmoving equipment (CAT and Komatsu preferred).
WA Drivers Licence
High Risk Work Licence - desirable.
Team player with great communication and safety knowledge.

What's on Offer
Salary range between $93,558 - $107,797 p.a. (plus $12k pro rata cost of living allowance).

About the Position
The Executive Assistant (Community Development) provides high-level administrative support to the Director Community Development while also assisting the broader directorate to ensure efficient and effective operations.
This varied role is ideal for a highly organised administration professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities and providing exceptional support across a range of functions.
This position is responsible for:
Providing executive and administrative support to the Director Community Development.
Preparing correspondence, reports, presentations and other documentation.
Coordinating calendars, meetings, agendas and minutes.
Organising travel, accommodation and logistics arrangements.
Monitoring and maintaining directorate records, documentation and filing systems.
Assisting with financial administration, including credit card reconciliations and tracking operational documentation.
Delivering a high standard of customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Providing guidance and support to administration staff and assisting the wider team as required.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Demonstrated experience in an executive assistant, administration or similar support role.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
Excellent written communication skills, including report and correspondence preparation.
High levels of accuracy in record keeping, data entry and document management.
A professional and customer-focused approach to stakeholder interactions.
Current C Class Driver's Licence.
Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance.
