This conversation will be facilitated by our very own Brooke Cullen, Senior Skin specialist here at FENN!

Together they’ll discuss the foundations of Chinese Medicine and concept of Qi, while diving into topics including gut & skin health, inflammation, healthy ageing and menopause.

They will also share practical tips and simple daily habits you can incorporate at home to support your health from the inside out.
