Yes — I’d take out anything about weight, abs, or looking smaller and keep it centred on how you feel: swollen, heavy, uncomfortable, hormonal, and wanting to support your body.

As a Hashimoto’s girly, my digestion isn’t always the best and bloating is something I still really struggle with.
