What do you look for when choosing a Reiki practitioner?
Do you look at their experience? Their training? Their qualifications? Or perhaps you simply go by how you feel when you connect with them?
I found my Reiki certificate today, and it brought back such a beautiful memory for me.
I remember feeling so validated. Reiki had always felt very natural to me, but my training helped me understand it.

Does massage have to hurt to work? 🤔
One of the biggest misconceptions about remedial massage is that "no pain, no gain" means a massage needs to be painful to be effective.
In this video, I explain why deep doesn't have to mean painful, and why understanding the body, anatomy and the techniques matter.
Your body doesn't need to be fought with - it needs to be worked with. ❤️
