Reset your nervous system in under a minute.
This is one of the simplest ways to slow things down and come back to centre — the 3-sip breath. How to do it...

Sip 1: Gently inhale through your nose
Sip 2: Take a little more air in, then pause
Sip 3: One last soft inhale

Exhale: Slowly through your nose… no force, just release.

Repeat 3–5 times. Those three small inhales naturally guide your breath to slow, helping your body shift into a calmer, more balanced state.

Use it anytime you need a reset:
→ Before a busy day or important moment
→ When your mind feels full
→ To wind down before sleep
→ When you need to refocus and feel grounded
