💙My mood has been all over the place in the last few weeks so I deciding to sit down and try and portray the way I was feeling that day into a makeup look and this is the final product. Looking after your mental health is very important and finding a healthy way to channel your emotions is always a good place to start and I'm glad I decided to do that through makeup, I actually found it very healing seeing the way I was feeling being turned into art. Anyway long caption over I just thought I'd take the opportunity to spread a little awareness on how to look after your mental health 💙
