Good hair is more than colour.

It’s shape. It’s movement. It’s texture. It’s the way it falls when you do absolutely nothing to it.

Our approach has never been about chasing trends. It’s about creating hair that feels effortless long after you’ve left the salon.

The kind of hair that looks just as good on a Tuesday morning as it did when you walked out the door

Most people assume their blonde is turning brassy because their colour is fading.

In reality, brassiness is often caused by what your hair is exposed to between appointments. Hard water, UV exposure, chlorine, heat styling and product build-up can all alter the way your colour looks over time.

This is why two people can leave the salon with the same blonde and have completely different results six weeks later.

Before reaching for another toner or purple shampoo, it’s worth understanding what’s actually causing the warmth.

Colour doesn’t just fade. It lives through your water, your products, your styling routine and your environment.

Not all “deep cleaning” shampoos do the same thing.

A cleansing shampoo is designed to remove surface build-up.
Think excess oil, dry shampoo, styling products, silicones and everyday residue. It gives the hair a reset without aggressively stripping everything out.

A chelating shampoo goes a step further.
It’s specifically formulated to remove minerals + metals from the hair caused by hard water, chlorine, old pipes and even some well water systems. This is the stuff that can make blondes go dull, extensions feel rough, colour grab unevenly or hair feel “coated” no matter what products you use.

In simple terms:

Cleansing shampoo = product build-up.
Chelating shampoo = mineral + metal build-up.

If your hair still feels heavy, tangly, dull or weird after washing properly, there’s a good chance it’s not “dirty” hair… it’s mineral accumulation sitting on the hair shaft.

Especially important for:
• blondes
• extensions
• swimmers
• hard water areas
• anyone dealing with dullness, dryness or excessive tangling

One removes what you put on the hair.
The other removes what the water leaves behind.

You can tell when someone leaves the salon feeling different.
They walk out slower.
Like they’re taking the moment in.

Some people come for the hair.
Some people come for the pause.
Both are welcome here.

Before I teach the industry, I train my own.

Everything I’ve learned about cutting thicker, denser hair properly is being refined in-house first.
Because when you sit in our chair, you’re not getting trends.
You’re getting trained technique.

Before the transformation, there’s prelude.
A moment to slow down, soften, and settle in.
Because great hair starts when you feel good.
