This Full Moon Eclipse is a beautiful invitation to let go. šŸŒ•āœØ

The Full Moon Eclipse in Pisces carries themes of release, surrender and emotional healing. It invites us to gently acknowledge what we have been holding onto and create space for whatever is ready to come next.

Sometimes we hold onto emotions, expectations, old stories or versions of ourselves because they feel familiar, even when they no longer support the person we are becoming.

Letting go doesn’t mean forgetting, dismissing what happened or forcing ourselves to move on before we are ready.

It means allowing ourselves to soften our grip.

To stop carrying what was never ours to hold.

To release the need to have every answer.

And to trust that making space can be the beginning of something new.

For our next Tuesday Exhale, we’ll use the energy of the approaching Full Moon Eclipse to pause, reflect and gently release.

Through breathwork, reflection and meditation, we’ll explore:

✨ What feels heavy right now?

✨ What am I ready to stop carrying?

✨ What belief, expectation or pattern no longer belongs in my next chapter?

✨ What would I like to create space for instead?

You don’t need to know exactly what comes next.

Sometimes the first step is simply being willing to let go and trust that the way forward will become clearer.

One thing I’ve learned through both my coaching and wellness work is that healing isn’t a one-session fix.

One conversation or treatment can bring relief, clarity or even a powerful breakthrough, but lasting change usually takes time, commitment and a willingness to keep showing up for yourself.

Healing happens through trust, reflection and gently exploring what may be sitting beneath the surface. It also continues in the small things you practise in everyday life the boundaries you set, the breaths you take, the rest you allow yourself and the choices you make to support your own wellbeing.

You don’t have to change everything overnight.

You simply need to take the next small step and keep choosing yourself along the way.

I did a thing yesterday.

I went on my very first podcast.

Was I scared? Yes. A few years ago I would never have agreed to do it.

Did I do it anyway? Yes.

Because I don’t put myself in a box anymore.

I no longer limit myself by saying, ā€œI’m no good at thatā€ or ā€œI could never do that.ā€

I’m careful with the language I use when I speak to myself and about myself, because those words matter.

Fear is still there, but it doesn’t get to lead anymore.

My inner coach is stronger.

Coaching has helped me reach this point, and that’s why I’m so passionate about empowering other women to do the same because I’ve been there through the self doubt and criticism and I’ve come out the other side of that.

Every time you face a fear and do the thing anyway, you give yourself proof that you are capable. You start building that relationship of trust back with yourself.

One win becomes another. Your confidence grows. Your world gets bigger.

That is where true freedom begins.

Not because you never feel afraid, but because fear no longer decides what you are capable of.

You stop placing limitations on yourself.

You start believing in yourself. You start trusting yourself.

And you realise just how limitless you truly are.

You can do it and I can help you get there.

You have one life but you are allowed to become many different versions of yourself within it. 🌊

You are allowed to change your mind.
To begin again.
To outgrow the life that once felt right.
To rediscover yourself.
To choose a new direction even if others don’t understand it.

Every version of you has something to teach you. The woman you were helped you survive, the woman you are is learning to heal, and the woman you’re becoming is waiting for you to trust her.

You don’t have to remain who you once were simply because that version of you feels familiar.

Give yourself permission to evolve. This is your one beautiful life live as many true and authentic versions of yourself as you can. šŸ¤

One of my non-negotiables as a coach?

The support doesn’t end when the session does.

Every week, I make time to follow up with my clients checking in, reflecting back the important things we uncovered and offering personalised practices or journal prompts to support them between sessions.

Because meaningful change doesn’t happen during one conversation alone.

It happens when insight is carried into everyday life.
When new tools are practised.
When someone feels supported as they begin making different choices.

My clients know they’re not simply booking an appointment with me. They’re entering a safe, compassionate space where their story is remembered and their healing is treated with care.

That consistency is part of how I work and it’s something my clients can trust me for.

If you’re looking for support that continues beyond the session, I’d love to walk alongside you. šŸ¤

Did you know that coaching with me isn’t just about sitting and talking?

While having a safe space to feel heard is incredibly important, I also draw on my experience in meditation, breathwork, Reiki, sound healing and other holistic practices.

That means every session can be tailored to what you need whether that’s talking things through, calming your nervous system, reconnecting with your body, or finding practical tools to support you between sessions.

I look at healing as a whole mind, body and soul because sometimes words alone aren’t enough.

That holistic approach is what makes my coaching different.

If this sounds like the kind of support you’ve been looking for, please reach out and have a chat with me.

Standing at the edge of the unknown, learning to trust the process even when I can’t yet see what lies ahead.

Some chapters ask us to let go of certainty, believe in ourselves and take the next step anyway. I don’t need to force every step. I am learning to let go, trust, believe and receive. 🌊

Nobody warned me that being a woman in her 40s would involve having quite this many tabs open at once… šŸ˜‚

Running a business, starting a new one, studying, volunteering, creating content, replying to enquiries, keeping up with the accounts, washing endless towels, taking care of my family and still trying to figure out what we’re having for dinner.

All while attempting to exercise, maintain friendships, navigate hormones and practise the self-care I’m always encouraging everyone else to make time for!

Some days I feel incredibly capable. Other days, I walk into a room and have absolutely no idea why I’m there.

Please tell me I’m not the only one with 47 tabs open… and music playing from somewhere I can’t find or and oh yeah where are my keys??!!

Are you still sitting on the fence?

You know the one where you keep thinking about booking a session, looking at my page, almost sending a message…and then deciding you’ll do it ā€œlater.ā€

No judgement. It must be a very comfortable fence.

But if something in you keeps returning to the idea of coaching, it may be worth listening to. You don’t need the perfect words, a five-year plan or absolute certainty. You only need to know that you don’t want to keep feeling the way you do now.

Grief coaching gives you space to untangle what you’re carrying, understand what’s keeping you stuck, and begin moving towards healing and genuine change.
