Sometimes it isn’t just about the touch It’s about creating a space where a horse feels safe enough to let go as trust builds over our time 🙌

Those quiet moments of connection and release can create incredible change not only physically but mentally to 👏

Some of the most powerful healing happens in the moments that ask for nothing more than presence to hear see and support within that space 🐎

It’s the kind of moment that reminds me why this work is so important to me and for our horses something so special 🤍

Yesterday was full of those beautiful moments thank you for having me mount Helena and thank you to Nadia for capturing these moments yesterday what wonderful sessions had yesterday 🤗

I know I say it all the time but i truly love the sessions I share with all of your horses thank you for supporting Equitouch 🤍

Appreciation post for those in the industry we are here we are showing up and we are invested 🤍

There is something that isn’t spoken about enough within the equine industry from the positive cases to the hard ones we feel it to but we are here day in and out because it matters to us 🙏

Here’s to every veterinarian vet nurse equine bodyworker therapist farrier dentist trainer and every practitioner who dedicates themselves to helping horses thank you 🙌

These roles are incredibly rewarding but they also carry an immense amount of pressure at times and every horse that comes into our care becomes more than just another appointment. We invest our knowledge our time our energy and often a piece of us into every case and the things felt outside of the appointment can sometimes be such joy and other occasions heartbreaking but that’s because we are here doing our best 🐎

We celebrate the horses that overcome the odds. The ones that regain strength move freely again find comfort and return to doing what they love as we watch them flourish and those moments remind us why we chose this path seeing positive change solving problems restoring movement and helping a horse feel better is a feeling that never loses its magic 👏

Then there are the cases that challenge us

The ones that require patience collaboration reassessment and countless hours of problem solving we face setbacks we adjust our approach we ask more questions and we keep searching for answers. Every small improvement becomes a victory worth celebrating and we are walking that journey right next to you and your horse because that’s what we do 🙌

And then there are the cases that stay with us forever

The ones where despite every ounce of knowledge every treatment every conversation every referral every late night thought and every effort in the background the outcome isn’t the one we had hoped for then those questions come for us to could I have done something differently? Did I do enough it’s normal it’s human and it can hurt but we still show up 🐎

Those cases are heartbreaking

They affect owners so deeply I see it so often and it hurts but they also affect those of us who have walked beside them throughout the journey. We carry those horses with us long after we’ve left the property because our work has never simply been a job it has always been about the horse and even though so often we give it our all we still ask was it enough that’s because we will always continue to show up 🙏

Behind every treatment is someone who genuinely cares 🐎

Someone who wants nothing more than to see that horse comfortable happy and given every opportunity to have the best quality of life possible and that is what it’s all about and no matter the outcome we still pour into it because it’s not just a job and we will continue to show up 🐎

So today this is simply a reminder to be kind be thankful especially for the professions and people within our industry because we care and will continue to show up 🤍

Take a moment to thank the people standing beside your horse the veterinarians vet nurses bodyworkers therapists farriers dentists and every practitioner who pours their heart into what they do they are showing up and feel free to take them with your thoughts also 🐎

Not because they expect recognition but because you and your horse matter and it stays with us I can tell you that 🐎

Every day we would still show up even if the day before was so hard we pull it together and get to helping the next horse to keep trying because we must show up it’s what we do because we care 🙏

Behind every treatment is a person carrying an enormous amount of responsibility compassion hope and dedication every time there hands touch your horses and that is such a privilege and something so very special 👏

The horse will always be the priority for most and every decision every treatment every moment spent searching for answers is made with one goal in mind to give that horse the greatest chance possible and what a gift that is that’s why they will continue to show up 🐎

To everyone who chooses to carry that responsibility every day even with that unspoken heaviness that you feel at times and let not forget all the joy

Today has been a big one 🤗

From treating horses this morning to spending some time with our spell boy cash 💰

It was then time to head over to Valley Equine Veterinary Centre so that vet eve and nurse tam can make sure my girls are at their very best 🥰

Then it’s off to dinner this evening with my dear friend ruby happy hump day 🤗

As I head off out the gate to go help horses feel their best the girls followed behind to say goodbye spot mini in the middle 🤣🐎

They must of really liked my beautiful new hat from The Western Collective 🔥

Now it’s off to grab a coffee and hit the day running as I head back out to Wanneroo for another day filled with wonderful clients and great horses 🦄

What an absolute privilege to have my hands on some truly amazing horses yesterday 🦄

Absolutely beaming from hear to ear with all smiles on the HUGE improvements I just love positive progress 😮‍💨

Sometimes we must ignore all the outside distractions and really be present and focused I couldn’t be happier yesterday was such a success steady consistency and going at your horses pace will always speak volumes 🤗

I will see our second lot of wonderful Wanneroo clients this coming Saturday can’t wait 🐎

I have a little announcement and a slight change happening 📣

From next week I will no longer be taking appointments on Tuesdays as I head into something a little different behind the scenes 😊

For now Tuesdays will no longer be available for bookings but if this changes in the future I’ll be sure to keep you all updated 🤩

I also wanted to apologise for being a little quiet on here lately. Life has been wonderfully busy and I’m so incredibly grateful to have welcomed so many amazing new clients while also spending plenty of time studying behind the scenes😆

The learning never stops and neither does the passion so if I’m a little quieter than usual it’s because I’m out doing what I love most helping so many of you and your beautiful horses and also furthering my own Education 🐎

Please never hesitate to send me a message check in or secure your bookings I’m still working hard behind the scenes and truly appreciate everyone’s understanding with this little change 😍

I’m so excited for everything that’s coming and that this year has already brought and I’m incredibly grateful to be tired from doing what I love every single day so thank you all so much for your continued support it means the world 🥰

Wanneroo Horse & Pony Club

What a wonderful Sunday spent sharing space with some incredible people ponies and children 🐎

Yesterday was such a rewarding day and I feel incredibly grateful to have had the opportunity to give back and spend time with the next generation of young equestrians there is something truly special about seeing children so eager to learn and wanting to do the very best for their horses well done everyone 👏

Throughout the day we spent time discussing the importance of muscle health why it matters how it can affect a horse’s comfort performance and overall wellbeing and what signs to look out for we also explored some simple tools techniques and practical tips that the riders can take home and incorporate into their own horse care routines 🙌

Education is such a powerful thing and if we can help young riders better understand their horses and their bodies we are helping to create a future generation of horse people who prioritise welfare kindness and understanding ☺️

A huge thank you to everyone involved and thank you for having me It was an absolute pleasure to spend the day with you all and I loved seeing the enthusiasm curiosity and passion these young riders have for their horses 🐎

I look forward to our next rally and to seeing so many of you in our appointments also Amanda a massive thank you for all you do and I can’t forget me incredible friend Ruby Hayes your so amazing who doesn’t love a good friend who shows up with your coffee on the day thank you 🫢
