Down to memories lane, a place where my life changing CrossFit journey started. Same address, different setup, vibes, owner, coaches and lots of unfamiliar faces!
My legs were shaking before I even started the pull. 3x45s + a 5lb plate + the sled = 97kg (215lbs) of pure gravity. Survival mode: ON.
Don’t mind me, just taking my 5kg friend for a little ride. 🐢 If it looks stupid but it works, is it really stupid? (Don’t answer that).
