Reset your inner Wellness

This was August.

Not years ago. Not even that long ago. Just last month.

This was the ugly cry. The moment my body finally realised I had actually done it—I had fu***ng left.

It was my first trip back to the house with my daughter after moving out. Walking into a place that held so much pain, knowing I had finally chosen myself and a different life for her.

And looking at the woman I am now, the things I’m posting and the way I’m showing up—it’s honestly crazy how quickly everything has changed.

I still overthink. I still overlove. I still overtrust. But giving my whole heart is part of who I am, and I refuse to be ashamed of that.

I’m sharing the ugly cry because healing isn’t always pretty. Sometimes it’s shaking hands, swollen eyes and releasing everything you had to hold together just to survive.

She was hurting. She was terrified. But she did it.

And just one month later, I barely recognise her—in the most beautiful fu***ng way.

I’m so proud of us. 🖤

After being stuck in a small room with no natural sunlight less than an hour ago with a lovely client, I’m now at the beach soaking it all up 🌊☀️

100% worth it for days like today!!

Breathe in and let it out because holding your breathe doesnt allow for much good to happen.
