A MESSAGE FROM OUR TEAM 🤍

We’d like to take a moment to clarify an important change to our pedicure services following some recent feedback.

At our salon, we no longer offer a Standard, Basic or “Simple” Spa Pedicure. This is an intentional decision. Our pedicure service has been upgraded to a Deluxe Spa Pedicure experience, because we want to maintain a higher standard of hygiene, use carefully selected products, and provide an experience that differentiates us from a basic pedicure service.

Our Deluxe Pedicure is designed as a complete service, which is why the spa products and steps included in the treatment form part of the service rather than being individually removed simply to create a cheaper or more basic option.

We completely understand that some clients may prefer a simple pedicure without scrubs, salts, moisturisers or other spa elements. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that preference — however, it is simply not a service that we currently offer. We believe it is important to distinguish between receiving a service poorly and wanting a different service that a business does not provide.

We also want to clarify the comments regarding our nail products. We do not advertise or claim to use OPI, and OPI is not a brand we currently offer in our salon. We use professional nail brands including Billionaire Nail, Phoenix and other products sourced through reputable suppliers, with many of our products sourced from the United States. Billionaire Nail, for example, is a U.S.-registered nail brand covering professional products including nail polish, gel polish, acrylic powders and other nail preparations. Clients are always welcome to ask our team what brand or product is being used before proceeding with a service.

We welcome genuine feedback when something has gone wrong, because it gives us an opportunity to improve. However, a 1-star review can have a significant impact on a small business and on the hardworking people behind it. We respectfully ask that reviews fairly reflect the service actually offered and received, rather than negatively rating a business because it does not provide a particular service or brand that was never advertised.

We will continue investing in hygiene, quality products, better procedures and an elevated client experience rather than lowering our standards simply to offer the cheapest or most basic option.
