These live masterclasses were one of my favourite things to teach.

No gatekeeping. Just my complete signature Ritual.
The techniques, touch, flow, client experience, and even the curated playlists I use in my treatment room.

They’re now included inside Fascia First, so you don’t just learn the method, you learn how to deliver it in a way that helped me build a sold-out treatment

Because who else is inviting you into their treatment room to show you exactly how they became known for their work? 🤍

A throwback to my very first in-person and online masterclass in May 2024.

350+ practitioners joined online, 20 squeezed into the room, and it became the launchpad for every masterclass that followed.

I’ve never been the kind of educator who teaches from a pedestal.

I keep it practical.
I keep it relatable.
And apparently, I explain bed height using the highly technical term…

“Nunny height.” (Everyone knows what a Nunny is…??)🤔😂

Human to human. That’s always been my style.

One of the unexpected parts of this journey is that opportunities to teach seem to find me wherever I go.

While in Bali, I had the chance to share the Fascia First approach with the spa manager at our villa and pass on some of the principles that have shaped my work.

What I love most about education is the ripple effect.

A single conversation, a new perspective, or a technique shared at the right moment can go on to influence countless client experiences.

Grateful for the opportunity to contribute, connect, and continue raising the standard of care wherever I am in the world. ✨

I’ll be the first to admit, sometimes it’s fun to kick off with the trolls in the comment section.

Sometimes the comeback writes itself.

But at the end of the day, self-preservation is more important.

Because every minute spent defending yourself is a minute not spent creating.

And I’d rather put my energy into my work, my ideas and the things that light me up than trying to convince strangers on the internet to see things my way.

Not every opinion deserves a response.

Not everyone who gains access to your content deserves access to your energy.

The interpretation belongs to them.

The creation belongs to you. 🤍✨

The older I get, the more selective I become with who has access to me.

Not because I’m closed off.
Not because I think I’m better than anyone.

I’ve just stopped looking for validation in places it was never meant to come from.

These days, I value my peace more than being understood by everyone.
I value genuine connection more than constant connection.
And I’ve learnt that just because someone wants access to me, doesn’t mean they’re entitled to it.

The most comfortable I’ve ever been within myself has also been the season where I’ve become the most protective of my energy.

Not everyone gets a front-row seat anymore.

And honestly, that feels less like a wall and more like self-respect.

I’m in my “f**k perfectionism” era.

At 42, I survived the 90s body-shaming Olympics, diet culture, beauty standards, and the exhausting belief that my worth was somehow tied to how I looked.

These days, if I get through the day without throat punching anyone, I consider that personal growth.

The internet has convinced us we’re all one missed workout, one carb, one wrinkle, or one unfiltered photo away from being unworthy.

I’m not buying it anymore.

I can be successful, messy, grateful, overwhelmed, ambitious, tired, inspired, and completely over everyone’s bu****it all at the same time.

That’s not failure.

That’s being human.
