Cancellation/Late Arrival Policy : We understand that sometimes you may need to change or cancel your booking. We kindly request 24 hours notice for the convenience of other clients and staff. A late cancellation fee of $30 will apply for appointments under 1 hour and $50 for appointments longer than 1 hour if the required notice is not given .

We appreciate your promptness for appointments. However, the cost of your treatment will remain the same. To reschedule the appointment the cancellation fee will apply.
