ALL customers are required to complete and agree to our Terms & Conditions prior to the collection of their bird.

As a registered business, we have legal responsibilities and obligations under Australian Consumer Law, and our Terms & Conditions are in place to protect both you as the customer and us as the breeder/business.

Our T&Cs clearly outline important information regarding the purchase, collection, health guarantee, responsibilities of both parties, rehoming, and our policies surrounding refunds and changes of mind.

Completing the T&Cs is a standard requirement for every single customer, without exception. It ensures everyone is fully informed and understands the terms of their purchase before their bird leaves our care.

We take the wellbeing of our birds, our customers and the integrity of our business seriously, and having everything clearly documented helps ensure a smooth and transparent process for everyone. 🤍🐦
