The session will focus on Earth element which in Traditional Chinese Medicine relates to late summer/ Stomach& Spleen meridians, digestion & the emotion of anxiety. BYO Yoga mat, although I’ll have a few spare. Okido Yoga originated in Japan & draws from classical Yoga, Traditional Chinese Medicine & Shiatsu. As we begin to transition into late summer it’s a time to focus on the Earth element & our practice will help us to feel connected with the earth & support our digestion/ Stomach & Spleen meridians.
