A little reminder for all appointments at Hidden Hair Co 🤍

To secure your booking, a deposit is required and will come off your total on the day of your appointment.

If your deposit hasn’t been paid, we will send a confirmation text 48 hours prior to your appointment. If we don’t receive a response, your appointment will automatically be cancelled.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or changes.

Please note: if you are more than 15 minutes late without communication, your appointment may be cancelled to avoid running behind for other clients.

No-shows after confirming an appointment will require 100% payment upfront for future bookings.

Appointments can be booked, changed, and deposits paid easily via Timely ✨

We truly believe our clients deserve our full attention during their appointment. For this reason, we are currently not taking phone calls while servicing clients.

Most of the time, stopping to answer calls puts us behind and can impact the experience and timing of appointments throughout the day.

If you’re wanting to stop by the salon for an enquiry, please book a consultation so we can dedicate the proper time to you and your hair goals 🤍

The best way to contact us is via DM 💌 Our beautiful assistant Shannen knows the ins and outs of our booking system and will help you as quickly as possible.

Just a little note to let you all know that Jess will be unavailable for appointments from the 19th March returning the 16th April.

If you’re wanting to secure an appointment during this time, please send us a DM and our social media manager Shannen will be there to help you 🤍

If you wish to call the salon, please leave a voicemail and the girls will respond where possible. Please be patient with returning phone calls during this time.

In the meantime, Georgia and Katie will be stepping up in the salon and are here to take care of all your hair needs with the same level of care, experience, and attention to detail you know and love.

Please note that Katie continues to run her own business within Hidden Hair Co, and any appointment changes with Katie cannot be guaranteed.

🤍✨️As we approach the end of the year, we’ll be closing the salon for a well-deserved break to rest, reset and spend time with our loved ones.

✨ Our final day of trade is December 20th, and we’ll be returning the 3rd of January 2026.

Please note that our social media assistant will also be on leave during this time, so responses to messages and enquiries may be delayed until we return in the new year.

We’re also excited to share that online bookings for Jess will return to normal when we reopen, so keep an eye out if you’ve been waiting to secure an appointment.

For all appointments and enquiries, please send us a direct message via Facebook — our assistant will respond as soon as possible.

If you prefer to call the salon, please leave a voicemail, and we’ll get back to you within 24–48 hours.

As we operate by appointment only, we’re unable to answer calls while we’re with clients — stopping during services can cause delays for the rest of the day.

Please note Jess is not currently accepting new clients, and her books are now closed for 2025, for her existing clients who may have missed an opportunity please go to our booking system and add yourself to her waitlist 💕
