Traditional basic beauty treatments liked manicures, pedicures, lash extensions, waxing and tanning are provided in the lower level of the spa with a set up perfect for groups. These include Yoga, Ayurvedic Lifestyle Counseling, Natural Health and Vitality Consults including Reiki and Kinesiology, Holistic Counselling. After an ayurvedic consultation a prescription of oil massage may follow with a traditional ayurvedic treatment like shirodhara, pichu, vatakhizhi, navarkizhi, udwarthana, kati-vasti or dehadhara.
