11 weeks till Christmas 🎄
Potential of 2 more haircut bookings for the year 💇‍♂️

Are you booked in?

I’ve been baking this morning…
Spicy Gingerbread

Tastes very good, great with a cuppa. Gingerbread taste reminding me of Christmas.
Can add butter to your slice.

Here is my Mum’s recipe.
2 eggs (room temp)
150g butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup golden syrup
2 1/2 cup flour
2 ts bicarb soda
2 ts ginger
1 1/2 cinnamon
1 ts nutmeg
1/2 ts ground gloves
1 cup boiling water
Beat eggs with sugar, add melted butter & syrup. Beat again. Add dry ingredients, sifted together & lastly boiling water.
Bake @ 190 for 50 minutes.
Recipe says 2 medium loaf tins, I used 1 large tin.

Enjoy ☺️

R U OK Day

KINDNESS ~ One of the greatest gifts you can bestow upon another. If someone is in need, lend them a helping hand. Do not wait for a thank you. True kindness lies within the act of giving without the expectation of something in return.

Happy 21st Birthday to our son Shaun 🎉🎉🎉🎉
We Love You 🥰
