As many of you may know, from 1st October, small businesses will no longer be able to pass on certain card payment surcharges to customers.

For us as a small business, this could mean $2,000+ a year coming straight out of our pocket 😬💸

Unfortunately, this may mean we need to consider another price increase to help cover our overheads and keep the salon running.

BUT… we have another option! 👀

For the month of October, we’re asking our amazing clients to please bring CASH to their appointments wherever possible. 💵

If the majority of our clients can pay by cash, we can hopefully avoid increasing our service prices.

We’ll trial this throughout October and see how we go. If card payments remain too high, unfortunately we’ll need to look at a price increase to help keep things sustainable.

We truly appreciate every single one of you who continues to support our small business. ❤️
