It feels like only yesterday you were my little baby, lying in bed and looking up at me with those beautiful eyes.
And now, somehow, you’ve grown so much and you’re already 15.

You have always been such a kind, gentle, and sweet boy. Even as you’ve grown into your teenage years, you’ve never given Mum and Dad a hard time, and we are so grateful and proud of the person you are becoming.

There is nothing more i could ever wish for than for you to grow up healthy, strong in both body and mind, and happy. That is all we truly want for you.

When I heard you say that something bad always seems to happen around your birthday, it broke my heart.
So more than anything, I hope today is a truly happy day for you.
A day filled with nothing but good memories.

And please, don’t grow up too fast.
Take your time.

Stay by Mum’s side for as long as you can, and when the time comes, spread your wings and fly as high and as far as your dreams take you.
