2020 positives was about all in this together. People said Hi as you walked along the street.
Teddies in windows for the kids.
People greeting each other on the street. Maybe making new friendship thru walks.
Camp chairs outside for a wave.
All this in our Neighbourhood letter at the time.
Yesterday, going thru local newsletters and mags doing the letting go. Where found an article written in 2021 of the positives.
Today, pop up of me online doing appointments/workshops. Memories now. But, loved the courses I could experience that I wouldnt be able to do by being in person. Wow, the information.
I still feel kindness in my community. I am glad for that. I delight with aromatic presents.
We are closed to appointments until August/September at this stage. My renovation is small. Finishing off dads work as I promised him. Fingers crossed.
In the meantime, get questions answered. Look over essential oils as sales pop up. Do I need them (well not whole lot).
Allow stillness into your lives. Flowers starting to bloom.
Essential Warning on 9 news. First check for a label (I must have botancial names, what country from, and dates.
I have shared to stories explanation on sythetics (kmart) and pure essential oils derived from plant material.
I like to add, that if, you are pregnant (or other medical condition) to be aware of when appropriate to use 'essential oils'. Addition, which essential oils are to be avoided while pregnant.
I was taught about 'nature myth'. It is different to the plant in the processes. Any nature can do harm - water at the wrong amount can hurt our internal organs.
It is about educating ourselves on what essential oils to use to how much, and how long. I use to do an at home handout. It was crammed with information.
We all do better in life by learning.
Yesterday, reviewing essential oils. Expiry dates.
What to reorder.
I created a blend last week as a special present from me. From my training, I let them now, all the other ways to use this blend because of its actions. Love that ♥️.
Still closed (will pop by from time to time in this process). As navigate this time. Want to wish you a very happy Kings Birthday weekend. Put some self care, and compassion in there. Miss you.

The path in Aromatherapy business is never straight forward.
The past few weeks has become messy in the uncertainty, and changes outside of my business that need addressing.
Essentially Online is closed. The clinic is closed until issues can be resolved.
This year, for me, was transformation. This is not what I envisged. As navigate Essentially Aware navigates this chapter. We are closed for now.
Not final at this stage as I love assisting you in Aromatherapy, Reiki, Aromatic Kinesiology, and at times crystal healing.
Life can give us lemons.
Real lemons - great for juice.
Lemon essential oil smell for rational thinking. Need some of that now???
The bird of paradise has appeared. Communication opening up.
Seeing the beauty as sunshines.
Loved using my rainbow umbrella over the past rainy days.
Find the beauty in each day. Feel gratitude for this. Find stillness. Little pockets to start.
