Desk job workers, The aches and pains you probably feel !
Working at a desk you’ll find you’re normally stuck in the same spot and position for long periods of time without moving the body much during the day
Due to being static and in a seated position you’ll probably tend to find you’ll have issues with your; lower back, hips, shoulders, neck and arms
When you’re seated all ur body weight is sitting in that lower back area putting alot of pressure on the discs and muscles
You’ll find your posture may be poor also so you’ll be slouching forward hence the shoulder and neck pain
Massage is a great way to treat these problems and we can identify ways on how to improve your posture so you’re feeling more comfortable during and after work

You may notice someone’s shoulder height difference in a lot of scenarios, whether they’re just standing there, on a walk, at work, exercising or even playing sport
This can be caused by a muscle tightness or weakness in a certain area, having poor posture, having a leg length difference or even if you suffer from scoliosis
Massage is a great way in helping resolve your shoulder imbalance
Using a combination of massage techniques to work on areas of the body and also to guide you on what areas of the body need some exercise strengthening
