Perioral dermatitis gets mistaken for acne constantly. The difference matters, because the treatment is completely different.

The starting point isn't the blemish. It's the skin's microbiome. Rebalancing good and bad bacteria is where real progress begins.
Hormones can also play a significant role, which is why it's particularly common during and after pregnancy. And if you're using products that aren't agreeing with your skin, even toothpaste contact during a flare can make things worse.

If you've been stuck in the same cycle, book a consultation 🫧

Not every facial feels like this.
But yours should. ✨

Not all exfoliation is the same. 🫧
A physical scrub works on the surface. An enzyme exfoliant goes into the pore and clears out what’s actually sitting in there. El describes it as little Pac-Men eating through the buildup of dead skin cells and impurities. Better than most skincare marketing will give you.
The Dr. Spiller enzyme mask used in clinic is derived from spelt. Natural, effective, no harsh granules. 🤍
At home, you want to be using an enzyme or chemical exfoliant once to twice a week. Physical exfoliant once a week at most, not daily.
The MIMU enzyme exfoliant works the same way. Thick gel, three to five minutes, work it in with wet fingertips. A step above your regular cleanse. ✨

This is what being in the right hands looks like. ✨

The facial you can have three days before an event and actually show up glowing. ✨
The PowerLift uses Dr. Spiller’s oil-based formulas alongside an aloe vera lifting powder that tightens on contact. It also works with the lymphatic system to move out what the skin doesn’t need. Instant lift, no downtime, skin that looks like it’s been looked after. 🤍
It suits all skin types. El particularly recommends it for mature skin and anyone who wants results without the recovery time.
End of week. Big occasion. This is the one. ☁️

Before Face by Eleanor existed, El was travelling over an hour to have this treatment done. 🤍
It was the first time she saw her skin actually rebuild. Not just look better for a few days. Structurally change. That’s why the Foundation Facial became the treatment the clinic is known for.
German low-level laser. No heat, no pain, no downtime. It wakes up the collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid your skin stopped producing at 25. ✨
This is not a quick fix treatment. Results show up one to two weeks after your appointment because the work is happening on the inside. That’s the point.
Best results come from a course of six. One treatment is still worth it. ☁️

Rhode Glazing Milk is everywhere right now. But trending doesn’t mean right for your skin.
If you’re breaking out along your chin and jawline, your first layer matters more than you think. A heavy occlusive sitting on a compromised skin barrier can trap bacteria before your skin has a chance to breathe.
It doesn’t always mean you need to stop using it. It might just mean your skin isn’t ready for it yet.
No two skins are the same. What works for someone else’s skin won’t always work for yours.
Book a skin consultation to figure out what your skin actually needs right now.
