Shout out to me, shout out to you and shout out to all the strong amazing women in all of our lives..
We’ve both been lacking on this page the last couple of weeks, I suppose we are still coming to terms with trying to accept what is happening right now. We had so much drive and motivation for BBB, plans were coming together , ideas we had only spoken about was coming to life and the. all of a sudden just a big ⛔️ STOP SIGN was in front of us.
Not only did get put on hold, but we both have our own businesses separate to this that we sadly had to close ... we’re not going to lie and give you all some s**t that we’ve remained positive through all this, because honestly it’s been hard.. very hard.
We have slowly adapted & accepted this situation, we’ve been here for each other now more than ever , and we believe when all this is over the world is going to a happier more grateful place.
Right now tho .. honestly, we’re not sure what our plan is, but all’s we know is how strong we feel for our dream and vision, we had some time off mentally from all this, but we are back!!
Now more than ever women need each other !! No one should ever feel like they have no one to talk to, remember at The House of BBB, no one is here to judge one another, lets be open, honest & kind to one another ✨✨

Everything will be fine.. LADIES, listen up...
While the unknown is happening and lots of crazy in the world right now I know this will be leaving a lot of people feeling scared and anxious.
The best advice I can give right now is if you find yourself having spare time on your hands, do stuff you’ve been meaning to do that you just haven’t got round to.. but first - STOP WATCHING THE NEWS instead let’s .. sort out our wardrobes, clean clean clean! Read that book, listen to that podcasts.. Begin your first meditation (trust me you will never look back), write a journal , be grateful for life ...
Let’s appreciate this extra time at home with our loved ones , our family & pets..
If you are a business owner there are a endless list of things you can do! Create some great content. Take some online course that will help towards your future..
Let’s try not to worry too much. Things right now are out of our control, but one thing we CAN control is our mind, our thoughts and our emotions in how we are going to react to all of this.
Please stay calm. Stay kind. And remember ... BREATH. ( This is all temporary)
