What an incredible month July was 🤍
When Aesthetics by Eimear began, it was such a personal extension of me. So growing the team and trusting other people with something I care so deeply about felt like a very big step.
People often say that investing in your team is one of the most important things you can do for your business. But I think it is really about finding people who share your values, care genuinely about the people who walk through the door and want to keep learning alongside you.
I feel incredibly lucky to have found that in Heather and Jacqui.
They each bring something so special to the clinic, and Aesthetics by Eimear would not feel the same without their warmth, knowledge and care.
Thank you to every person who visited us, supported us or trusted us this July. It has been such a lovely month for our little team, and I am so excited for everything still to come 🤍

Not all LED light is the same 🤍
MediLUX LED, recently introduced to our clinic, uses five targeted wavelengths of light, allowing Jacqui to select a treatment based on what your skin genuinely needs.
Depending on the wavelength chosen, LED may help support:
- Breakout prone or congested skin
- Visible redness and irritation
- Hydration and skin barrier function
- Collagen production and skin renewal
- Recovery following selected skin treatments

Winter skin does not always need more actives. Often, it needs a little more support 🤍
Cold weather, wind and indoor heating can leave your skin feeling dry, tight or more sensitive than usual. Jacqui’s five winter skin tips are:
1. Swap a foaming cleanser for a gentle oil or cream cleanser
2. Layer hyaluronic acid onto slightly damp skin
3. Choose a ceramide-rich moisturiser to support your skin barrier
4. Ease back on exfoliation if your skin feels irritated
5. Keep wearing SPF, even on cloudy winter days
