Starting the week strong with some early morning cardio with my guy

Starting to feel as athletic as I did in my early 20’s. It’s amazing what some consistency and a good diet has done for my life lately.

New week, same goals… Let’s fu***ng get it 🥊

Here is why a weekend run is beneficial for me after a big week behind the chair:

1) Flushing out the legs: Standing in one spot for hours on end builds up fluid and fatigue. Getting the blood moving actually accelerates recovery so I’m fresh for the following week.

2) The ultimate brain reset: Barbering is highly creative and social. Running is a great way to turn off the noise, reduce the stress, and just reset.

3) Mental toughness: Let’s be honest, I didn’t want to lace em up today. But doing the hard thing anyway sets the tone for the entire week ahead.
