Well4life
Our passion is to help you make healthy, long lasting changes to your lifestyle Well4life is about two important aspects of lifestyle change.
Have you ever been told that you need to change certain lifestyle habits or it will cost you your health? Are you fed up with trying again and again to change these habits...only to fall into the trap of going back into an unhealthy lifestyle? The first one is coaching people in changing to a healthy lifestyle that will be permanent. This is achieved by:
•people setting a vision of their optimum lifestyle
•establishing short and long term goals, looking at barriers, strategies and strengths to help implement their goals and
•reaching a behavioural change that will help prevent relapse occuring
The second aspect is our emphasis on nutrition and the role it plays in facilitating a change. We look at:
* Diet
* Lifestyle
* Disease managment and prevention
This is all achieved with a holistic approach

A qualification she has attained is an Advance Diploma in Social Welfare and a Certificate in Stress Management. "The fundamental desire I have for my clients is to help them reach their goals of achieving an optimum healthy lifestyle. In my recent field of nursing I have seen people being told by their doctor that they have to make significant changes to their lifestyle but not knowing the tools of how to go about it. I can facilitate this process of change". Rebecca Kotsornithis

A little time lapse of me my client! This particular client has been struggling with a sore left hip and glute.
Dry needling helps to alleviate your ‘trigger points’. Trigger points are knotted, tender areas that develop in your muscles.
When dry needling is applied to your muscles and tissues, it can decrease tightness, increase blood flow and reduce local and referred pain.
Have you tried dry needling? My particular method of dry needling is gentle yet effective. Ask for dry needling as an add-on for your next massage!

MYOFASCIAL CUPPING
A therapeutic technique that uses suction cups to lift and separate fascia, relieve muscle tension and improve blood and lymphatic circulation.
Myofascial cupping involves placing cups on the skin to create negative pressure or suction, this lifts the top layer of skin and underlying fascia. The process helps untangle sticky or tight tissue. It allows muscles and connective tissue to relax and move more freely. The suction also increases blood flow to the area, delivering nutrients to damaged areas supporting tissue repair. It may also promote lymphatic drainage to help remove toxic waste from the body.
Massage and cupping complement each other so well!
LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE 💫
Lymphatic drainage massage is a gentle technique that helps move excess lymph fluid, reduce swelling and support immune function.
Our lymphatic system does not have its own pump like the heart. Instead, it relies on movement, breathing and gentle pressure to keep the lymph fluid moving through the body.
Benefits include:
• reduction of swelling and edema (especially caused from surgery or chronic conditions)
• supports immune function
• improvement of circulation
• pain & inflammation relief
• cosmetic benefits (may reduce puffiness of face, improve skin tone and promote a glowing complexion).
