Never underestimate the importance of colour when it comes to delivering a chic, sophisticated bob.
Here, textured tinting takes this classic style to serious glamour. I’ve used three shades of brown - deeper tones at the roots, rich chestnut through the mid-lengths and softer medium brown through the ends to create depth, dimension and movement.
For extra shine and condition, we finished with The Blonde Room Colour Care Mask.
And for an extra glow, Brigitte Berger is wearing The Blonde Room Tinted SPF30 BB Cream.

As we approach warmer weather it’s time for redheads to update their colours, moving from winter depths to a summer glow. Shades of copper gold in light and medium brings warmth and shine. First I applied a Copper Gold tint followed by fine balayage paint ons of cream and copper. For extra shine and condition i finished with a Demi Gloss in shades of gold, copper and a vibrant red. I used a combination of brands for this colour, which aligns to my independent colour philosophy of using the best colours available in each brand.

It’s great to experiment with colour without it looking harsh. 

As Marley is currently transitioning her pink hair 💗to blonde, we needed a strategy to help elevate the colour and move it from heavy to “whimsy”.without compromising the condition and health of the hair. 💪

Firstly I applied a Pink Ch*****ne 💕🍾gloss colour to lift the roots and condition the hair. Then a combination of brulee shaded highlights to complement the existing pinks before finishing with some creamy paint ons to ensure a seamless blend of colour.

Grey blending can extend the life of your colour  

This coloring technique integrates your natural grey hair with the rest of your hair colour. 

Here, I used strategic fine highlights - lots of them - in tones of beige, cream and golden blonde ( this is a no pedestrian stripe highlight zone 🚷) before finishing with a gentle gloss colour at the roots to create a soft, dimensional look. 👩‍🦳✨

This colour is designed to be low-maintenance, eliminating the harsh grey root regrowth line that appears every 4-6 weeks from a simple tint, allowing you to extend the time between colour appointments.

A gratitude post

My business was built on word of mouth, so it was a great surprise when my gorgeous client Maddison Barbour was approached by none other than the legend herself and one of my favourite iconic blondes Jennifer Coolidge asking about her glowing skin. Maddison pulled out our cult product The Blonde Room Tinted BB Cream and she sampled it on the spot. I believe she loved it ! Travels with my Mum ✈️❤️
Anyone who has visited my salon has probably tried my mother’s cooking. In fact, the very first press the salon ever received was actually about my mother’s Melomakarona and Kourabiedes(our traditional Greek cookies)! 🇬🇷🍪
It was a great privilege to take some time out of the salon recently to travel to Prague and Italywith my mum. Life is short, and I am incredibly grateful to have spent this quality time with her. She has always been such an important part of our salon.
