A gift for Mother's Day!
This Mother's Day Gift Box was inspired by my Maternal Grandmother Joyce Watts who unfortunately is no longer with us. Nana was a generous gutsy lady from the bush who taught me many things including how to laugh at myself. She loved Pink roses so made this Rose box in her honour

The soap bars have a beautiful rose scent that reminds me of the old rose bush we had in our garden as a child. The candle is also scented with Rose, the hand lotion is Rose Geranium.

This is also a flower pot turned into a candle. Since he is a French Bulldog (well that is what he reminds me of), just had to scent the candle with French Pear. French Pear is a popular warm fresh scent, I just love it. Thought this guy made a great companion for the brown dog.

This is this month's entry. This was a really interesting soap to make using the Kiss Pour method. The colours used were White Luster, Peacock Blue, Party Pink, Blue Oasis, Amethyst Purple Micas from . The soap recipe used was supplied by Joanne Watkins of esoaps and consisted of Coconut Oil, Olive Oil, Shea Butter, Avocado Oil, Rice Bran Oil and Caster Oil.

We concentrated on special candle orders this week. Scented with French Pear and a special blend called Tara's Secret.

This soap was inspired by the Soap Club Challenge. This soap has three different components, the centre represents Amethyst crystals made with melt & pour soap which is encased in sugar scrub coloured light purple. The out side is cold process soap made with 4 colours swirled together. Scented with Rose Geranium, hope you like my first attempt at this type of configuration. Do you think I pulled off the Geode look?
