Rosemary or DHT Blocker? Most people pick one. Your hair needs both. 🌿

They solve two different problems:

Rosemary :-grows new hair.

• Boosts scalp circulation, so more oxygen reaches your follicles and new growth is stimulated.
• For you if: slow growth, thinning hairline, or root breakage.

DHT Blocker :- protects the hair you have.

• Blocks DHT, the hormone that shrinks follicles stopping thinning and shedding before it starts.
• For you if: more hair in the drain, a thinner ponytail, or patches.

One grows. One protects. Together, they do what neither can alone. 🧬

That's why the u.elem Growth Elixir has both, plus Niacinamide and Hibiscus in one daily, water-based formula.

Humidity & Hair.....

🌧️ Humidity doesn't just make your hair frizzy. It affects your scalp too.

During monsoon, humidity + sweat + excess sebum create buildup that can clog hair follicles, leading to itchy scalp, dandruff, fungal infections, and increased hair fall.

The biggest mistake?
Either overwashing, which strips your scalp's natural oils, or ignoring the buildup, which only makes things worse.

Instead:
✔ Cleanse with a sulphate-free shampoo
✔ Use a hair growth serum regularly
✔ Deep condition with a hair mask once a week

A healthy scalp is the foundation of healthy hair.

Monsoon hair fix 🌧️

‼️Mistake 1 - Combing wet hair

Why it damages: Hair is 3x weaker when wet. Combing rips the shaft mid-length - this looks like hair fall, but it's actually breakage.
✅ Fix: Finger-detangle first. Then use a wide-tooth comb, starting from the ends and working upward.

‼️Mistake 2 - Rubbing hair dry with a towel

Why it damages: Towel fibres create friction that tears the hair cuticle, the outer protective layer of each strand.
✅ Fix: Use an old soft cotton t-shirt. Gently press and squeeze sections of hair. No rubbing.

‼️Mistake 3 - Sleeping with damp hair

Why it damages: Trapped moisture weakens roots overnight and creates the perfect environment for scalp fungal buildup.
✅ Fix: Air dry near a window or fan before bed. Even 80% dry is enough.

️‼️Mistake 4 - Tying wet hair tightly

Why it damages: Stretches already-weakened wet strands, causing breakage along the length.
✅ Fix: Use a loose scrunchie or clip. Never a tight elastic when wet.

‼️Mistake 5 - Stepping out in rain with wet hair

Why it damages: Acidic rainwater on already-wet hair the chemical damage to the shaft.
✅ Fix: - Always dry your hair before heading out. If you get caught in the rain, rinse it with clean water as soon as you can.

The fixes cost nothing. No fancy products. Just better habits. 🌿

🌧️ Every monsoon, same story, more hair on the comb, more in the shower. And every year we blame the rain, the humidity, and the water.

None of them are the real reason.
In peak summer, heat, UV and sweat push your follicles into the telogen (resting) phase. That hair sheds 2–3 months later right when monsoon hits.

The rain didn't cause it. Summer did. Monsoon just revealed it.

So the real fix begins before the damage, not after. Protect your follicles early with ingredients that boost scalp circulation, block DHT, and strengthen roots.

The u.elem Growth Elixir has all three. Rosemary, Saw Palmetto, Niacinamide & Hibiscus. 🌿

Save this, most women find out too late. Share it with someone who blames monsoon for their hair fall every year. 💧

Every monsoon, my hair fall made me cry. This year, it didn't. 🌧️

I used the u.elem Growth Elixir consistently, 2 months, 4 times a week.

Honest review? Two things stood out:

✦ The texture is watery and light, no scalp irritation, and I genuinely never felt the need to wash my hair after applying it.

✦ The results: the excessive hair fall I get every single monsoon didn't happen this year. And my baby hairs actually grew out and they're still growing. 🌱

It's got Rosemary, Saw Palmetto, Niacinamide and Hibiscus the actives that strengthen the follicle and support real hair growth.

Most of us have been drying our hair the same way since childhood, and most of us have been doing it wrong.

In monsoon especially, wet hair is 3x more fragile than dry hair. The damage from rubbing, tight tying and sleeping damp adds up over weeks and shows up as breakage and hair fall.

Save this. Tag someone who towel-rubs their hair every single day 🌧️

Monsoon humidity makes you think your hair is getting enough moisture. It isn’t.

Here’s what your hair actually needs right now:

1. Switch heavy oil to a water-based serum :-
Heavy oiling in monsoon clogs follicles and adds grease on top of an already sweaty scalp. A lightweight water-based serum nourishes without the buildup.

2. Use a hydrating mask once a week :-
Humidity sits on the surface while your strands stay dry inside. A deep conditioning mask restores actual moisture.

3. Wash 2-3 times a week, not more :-
Overwashing strips natural oils and triggers more sebum production. 2-3 times a week is the sweet spot in monsoon.

4. Always dry completely before stepping out :-
Wet hair + acidic rainwater = double damage. Even 80% dry is better than stepping out damp.

5. Cover your hair in heavy rain :- Rainwater is acidic and disrupts your scalp’s pH balance. A scarf or hat is the simplest protection.

Water is a reason ↓

You're doing everything right. And your hair still feels dry, rough, and lifeless. 💧

It's not your routine. It's your water.

Most Indian cities : Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Lucknow and more have hard water.

High levels of calcium and magnesium that coat your hair shaft, block moisture, clog your follicles, and quietly undo everything you do for your hair.

Here's what actually fixes it, wash by wash:

✦ Step 1 – Hair Cleanser → Reetha, Shikakai and Amla cut through mineral buildup naturally. Hydrolyzed Soy and Wheat Proteins repair the damage. Vegan Collagen locks moisture back in.

✦ Step 2 – Conditioner → Coconut and Argan Oil seal the hair shaft. Keratin and Vegan Collagen rebuild strength and smoothness after every wash.

✦ Step 3 – Nutri-Lock Mask → Flaxseed Gel rebuilds from within. Rice Water seals it in. Use once a week.

✦ Step 4 – Growth Elixir → Rosemary and Hibiscus stimulate circulation. Niacinamide works directly at the root to reverse mineral damage over time.

Built for Indian hair. Built for Indian water. 🌿
