Following our Quadessy RF Microneedling and Toskani Meso synergy Protocol, this patient demonstrated measurable changes across multiple skin parameters:
• Deep & superficial pigmentation
• Skin brightness
• Porphyrin readings
• Skin barrier indicators

The improvement in skin barrier indicators is particularly important. A healthy skin barrier supports hydration retention and contributes to overall skin quality and appearance.
We also observed an improvement in porphyrin readings, giving us another objective measure to monitor changes in the skin beyond what is visible to the eye.
This is why we use skin analysis throughout a personalised treatment plan, to objectively monitor changes rather than relying on photographs alone.

Multilayering, done differently.
This transformation wasn’t about relying on one treatment.
We combined fat freezing to target the love handles and lower abdomen, followed by 4 sessions of EMS to stimulate and strengthen the abdominal muscles.
The result? A much more defined abdominal contour and the appearance of a 6-pack.

Body contouring isn’t simply about reducing fat. There are multiple layers that contribute to the overall shape and definition of the body, including the subcutaneous fat and the underlying muscle.
For this case, we used two different treatment modalities to target two different areas:
• 1 session of fat freezing — targeting the subcutaneous fat through the love handles and lower abdomen
• 4 EMS muscle stimulation sessions — targeting the underlying abdominal musculature to support muscle contraction and definition
The result was a leaner waistline, less fullness through the lower abdomen and more visible abdominal definition.
