Today i celebrate 40 years in Hairdressing❤️
A journey that began when I was just a 14-year-old girl starting out at a salon called Split Ends in Chatswood.

From those very first days behind the salon chair, I fell in love with the industry, the creativity, and most importantly, the wonderful people I’ve had the privilege of meeting along the way.

Then, 14 years ago, I took another very special step in my journey and opened my own salon, Taylanah ( named after my precious daughters )
What started as a dream has grown into a beautiful part of my life, and I’m incredibly grateful for every client, friendship, memory, and milestone along the way.
A big shoutout to Gaz , god bless that man and his patience!

The first appointment is getting to know you, your hair history, your routine, and what you’re actually trying to achieve. The second is making little tweaks based on how your hair lifted, toned, and held up after you left the salon. By the third? That’s when everything starts to click. Great hair usually isn’t a one-and-done thing. It’s built over time with trust, communication, and getting to know your hair.
