Learning the technique is only the beginning.
There’s a whole side of becoming a nail tech that you usually figure out once you’re already in it:
1. What to do when a client asks for something you shouldn’t be doing.
Not every service is worth taking just because someone is willing to pay for it. Knowing when to say no, what to look for and how to handle that conversation is part of being a professional.
2. How to actually get your first paying clients.
Posting a photo of your nails and hoping someone books isn’t exactly a strategy. Getting those first few clients takes a little more intention than most beginners realise.
3. How to turn Instagram into something that actually helps fill your books.
You can have beautiful work and still have an empty calendar. There’s a difference between posting your nails and creating an Instagram that makes people want to book with you.
4. How to build a schedule that works for you.
It’s easy to say yes to every booking when you’re trying to build your client base. But if you want nails to give you more control over your time, you need to learn how to build a business around the life you actually want.
5. What to do when you inevitably get stuck.
A client question you’ve never been asked before. A set that isn’t going to plan. Something you’re unsure about.
Those moments are where having someone with experience to turn to makes such a difference.
I spent years learning a lot of these things through experience, mistakes and figuring it out as I went.
And I don’t want my students to have to do all of that alone.
Because I don’t just want to teach you how to do nails.
I want you to know what to do with that skill once you’ve learnt it.
Comment "NAILS" and I can show you how you can do the same.

Let's see what the girls are saying 👀
I used to think I just wasn’t good at nail art. Turns out, I just needed more practice. Give yourself permission to be a beginner 🤍
