This 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 I interact with so many amazing women every day. It breaks my heart to see & hear a woman tear herself down. When I give a client the mirror to look at her beautiful new lashes or brows, it only takes a few moments before a woman will start scrutinising other parts of her face. If you know me, I will cheekily sn**ch the mirror off you 😜 we need to build each other up and ourselves. There’s always little eyes & ears listening to us. Let’s focus on the positives and be confident role models for others and young girls out there!
And I hope someone reminds me in the future when my little girl is watching me!

I wanted to pinch my extra thigh and butt bulge, but she was watching. ⁣⁣
I wanted to stand in front of the mirror and suck it in at different angles, but she was watching.⁣⁣
I wanted to lift up my b***s and try to see my waist, but she was watching. ⁣⁣
I wanted to say “nope not wearing this” as I tried to stretch out the waist band, but she was watching. ⁣⁣

I stood in front of the mirror, grabbed her hand, and said “look at us!”⁣⁣
We smiled and twirled in our new suits. ⁣⁣
I left my coverup in the room.⁣⁣
And we strutted our way to the beach.⁣⁣

Her sense of beauty and self-confidence comes from me and I want her to know that beauty comes from within. That perfect bodies aren’t a requirement for fun. That anyone can carry themselves with confidence. That size doesn’t dictate worth, beauty, or the amount of joy you deserve. ⁣⁣
