6 months between appointments & the grow out was still pretty seamless.

It’s not scary to speak up if your hair isn’t feeling 100% after an appointment. Adjustments are normal, and you should never feel uncomfortable reaching out if something doesn’t feel quite right.

You’re the one who has to live with your hair for the next 8–12 weeks, not me. I want you to LOVE your hair, not just leave the salon feeling like you have to settle for it.

I’m never offended by a client speaking up. If anything, I’m forever grateful to have built the kind of trust with my clients where they feel comfortable enough to be honest with me.

My job doesn’t end when you leave the salon. 🤍
