This reminder applies to appointments booked through our online booking system only.

As a small business, we are always looking for ways to make booking your appointments as easy and convenient as possible. Our online booking system allows clients to book anytime, anywhere, without needing to call the salon.

To support this service, all online bookings require a deposit.

✨ If you need to cancel or reschedule more than 48 hours before your appointment, your deposit will remain on your profile as a credit and can be used towards a future booking.

✨ If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment or do not attend, your deposit will be forfeited.

Why do we have this policy?

When an online booking is made, transaction and processing fees are charged to our business. If we process a refund, additional fees also apply, meaning costs are incurred even when an appointment doesn’t go ahead.

Combined with the difficulty of filling appointments at short notice, this policy helps us protect both our team’s time and our business.

Our deposit policy is clearly displayed during the online booking process, allowing clients to review the terms before proceeding. If online booking isn’t your preferred option, our team is always happy to assist with alternative ways to book.

We truly value every client who chooses our salon and always do our best to provide flexible and convenient booking options. In return, we kindly ask for understanding and respect for the policies that help us continue providing the best possible service to all of our clients.
