✨Grooms… your wedding photos are forever. Your dark circles don’t have to be.

Every now and then, I get the groom in my makeup chair too and Chris had one simple request: cover the purple discolouration around his eyes without looking like he was wearing makeup.

The secret? Colour correction, not a tonne of concealer.

Because purple tones are best neutralised with yellow, I mixed a tiny amount of yellow corrector into his concealer, applied only where needed, then lightly set it with loose powder.

The result? Brighter, fresher eyes while still looking completely like himself. No heavy makeup. No obvious concealer. Just polished, natural skin that photographs beautifully.

And yes… groom grooming is absolutely a thing.
