HOW TO: 💥quick headache relief💥

Izzie, whyyyyy do you have dots all over your face? Because pressure points!

Taking two minutes to give these pressure points on my face some love is my favourite way to get quick headache relief 🤯

Using your forefinger, firmly press on these points (the dots!) for 3-5 seconds each. Start at the centre of your brow, work up towards your hairline, move outwards and then work back down towards the arch of your brow. Move to the tail of your brow and work back up towards your hairline. Repeat as many times as you like!

Most of you probably know me already but if you don't, hi! I'm Izzie. When I'm not hiking the beautiful trails near my house or sipping a cup of tea, I'm helping wonderful people like you relax and nourish their body and soul with the unique Harmony combination of relaxation massage and reiki.

I also study sustainability and have a background in sales and retail, and I'm a massive makeup and skincare nerd! It's definitely an odd blend of skills and passions, but it's led me here so I think it's great 😂
