Horrible experience as a makeup artist she got no respect on top of that they behaved like that and provided those 100tk nails!?
Kind of similar experience I experienced with my sister at Anmon’s.

Ever since I posted the reel featuring all my wedding looks, I've received countless messages asking where I got my makeover done, as that was the only day I got my makeup done outside.I haven't replied individually since I didn't feel like it was worth suggesting.
Finally, I got some time to write about my experience at GlamFreak. This is not a negative review, I'm just sharing my experience there.
I, along with my mother, mother-in-law, and sister-in-law, booked their services. My slot was 8:00am–11:00am, for which I paid an additional ৳3,000 as an early morning fee. However, I was only done at 12:15pm because of which I missed my outdoor shoot.
On top of that, I waited an extra 15 minutes because they wanted to take my pictures, but their content creator was on the way. After 15 minutes, I asked again, and they said she needed another 15 minutes. I was already super late and had made my parents wait downstairs for 20 minutes so I left without taking a single picture or video which was something I had always wanted.
Now, coming to the experience, I was late by only 6–7 minutes. My mother-in-law and sister-in-law were already there before the slot time. The moment I reached, they kept rushing me saying I was late. I said it wasn't even 10 minutes, and the receptionist replied that 10 minutes is worth more than 30 minutes for the early morning slot.
After that, they asked if I wanted to keep my gold jewelleries in their locker. My mother simply asked if it was safe as it was her first time. They replied, "Apni chaile haat ei rakhte paren," which was quite rude. I wanted to react but didn't say a word, as I was already stressed enough.
After my makeover started, the receptionist came to me and said, "Apu, apni same transaction diye double booking korsen. Jar jonno amader onek loss hoye gelo."
I was literally shocked. I explained that my sister-in-law had paid the advance for herself and my mother-in-law, while I paid the advance for my bridal makeup and my mother's party makeup. I had even mentioned over the phone that the total advance was for 4 people and all four of us were there.Despite that, she kept insisting "Apnar ID theke 2 jon er booking deya, but total makeup 4 jon er." Also, when I called to book for my mom they clearly said they were fully booked. But when I reached them again a while later, they said the slot was available. My makeup artist Jui Apu was kind enough to ask her to leave because my eyes were constantly shaking from the stress they were causing.
She left and messaged me again blaming me for the same issue. At that point, my blood started to boil because I was being accused of something I never did due to their own unprofessionalism. I took a 2 minute break and replied immediately so I would have a proof and she never replied to that.
Now, coming to the makeup, I wanted a very natural look despite booking their Royal Bridal package, and my artist was sweet enough to accommodate my preferences. As for the party makeovers, I specifically asked the artists to use very little foundation and keep their skin tone natural as they had never worn heavy makeup before. They did the exact opposite, making them look much fairer with heavy makeup which started cracking within just 2 hours of reaching the venue.
Coming to my hair and nails, for my hair I brought 30 roses for the traditional bun. But they only did one round with 10–12 roses and said they were done. I took a picture of it and asked them to add more around the whole bun. Two of the hairstylists kept saying it looked better this way, but I knew what I wanted. Then they said there were no flowers left. I asked them to check again, and after a while, they found the remaining flowers and fixed my hair.
I was very disappointed with the nails. They had clearly said beforehand that they would show me multiple options to choose from, but they only had one plain white set. Since I also show different nail styles to my brides, I didn't bring any extra nails. I then asked for the common French nails but they did it with nail polish which looked pretty bad up close.
When I went to the reception to clear my dues my hands and body were constantly shaking so they gave me a drink that was kind enough after causing all the stresses I guess.
My point is, how's that fair taking services worth more than 51,000 and paying an additional early morning fee if I'm not even done within the scheduled time? And about the products,most of them were hidden, they even used beauty glazed kajol which is literally 150tk and that was shocking as I don’t even use that in my lowest bridal packages.
I personally feel the owner is sweet and I really hope they look into their overall management.
