ঠোঁটের ঘা পরিত্রাণে ৬টি ঘরোয়া উপায় -

তুলসি পাতাঃ
এক মুঠো তুলসি পাতা, ৪-৮ কাপ পানির মধ্যে তুলসি পাতা দিয়ে ১০ মিনিট ধরে ফুটিয়ে নিন। এবার পানি ছেকে নিয়ে ক্ষত স্থানে লাগিয়ে নিন এবং ২ মিনিট পর ঠাণ্ডা পানি দিয়ে ধুয়ে নিন।

নারকেল তেলঃ
একটু নারকেল তেল পরিস্কার আঙ্গুলে নিয়ে ক্ষত স্থানে লাগান। আপনি ইচ্ছা করলে এর সাথে সামান্য মোম মিক্স করে লাগাতে পারেন।

লবঙ্গ তেলঃ
অলিভ অয়েল হাফ চা চামচ, লবঙ্গ গুঁড়া ১ টি, কটন বল, গরম পানি। প্রথমে ক্ষত স্থানে গরম পানির ভাব নিন। এরপর লবঙ্গ এবং অলিভ অয়েল একত্রে হাল্কা গরম করে ঠাণ্ডা করে কটন বলে তেল নিয়ে ৫ মিনিট ক্ষত স্থানে লাগিয়ে নিন।

মধুঃ
আমরা সবাই মোটামুটি জানি যে মধুতে এন্টি ব্যাকটেরিয়া থাকে। দিনে কমপক্ষে ৩ বার ক্ষত স্থানে মধু লাগান। এতে খুব তাড়াতাড়ি কাজ হয়।

অ্যালভেরা জেলঃ
১ টেবিল চামচ অ্যালভেরা জেল, ১ টেবিল চামচ পানি। দুটি উপাদান ভালভাবে মিক্স করে দিনে ৩ বার ক্ষত স্থানে লাগান। এতে ব্যথা এবং জ্বালা ভাব কমে যাবে।

কুসুম গরম লবণ পানিঃ
১/৪ কাপ গরম পানি, ১/২ চা চামচ লবণ। এটি ভালোভাবে মিক্স করে দিনে ২ বার ক্ষত স্থানে লাগান যতক্ষণ পর্যন্ত সেরে না যায়।

ক্ষত সারানোর জন্য উপরের উপাদানগুলো ট্রাই করুন। ক্ষত থাকা কালীন এসিডিক খাবার না খাওয়াই ভাল। ফ্রেশ টক দই খেতে পারেন। ক্ষতে বেশি হাত দেয়া থেকে বিরত থাকুন।
