Wat me het meest is bijgebleven, was de kracht van zoveel vrouwelijke energie samen. Van pilates tot waardevolle gesprekken, een gezonde brunch en inspirerende inzichten over hoe we als vrouwen elkaar kunnen ondersteunen in een gezondere, sterkere levensstijl.
Iedere vrouw draagt haar eigen verhaal mee. En net daarin zit zoveel kracht: elkaar begrijpen, luisteren, motiveren en vooruithelpen. Want groeien hoeft je niet alleen te doen.
Een gezonder en sterker leven is voor iedereen mogelijk. Soms begint dat gewoon met jezelf omringen door vrouwen die je inspireren, uitdagen en ondersteunen.
Ik geloof enorm in de kracht van beweging, gezonde voeding, verbinding en het versterken van onze body-mind connection. Daarom wil ik nog meer vrouwen samenbrengen via workshops, beweging en momenten waarin we elkaar motiveren om beter voor onszelf te zorgen.

A workout, but make it an experience.
Every Wednesday we take B***y Burn (BBB) outdoors — surrounded by nature, fresh air, and the cutest company: horses, sheep, alpacas, geese, and even a donkey 🐴🦙
We focus on Belly, B***y & Legs with stretch bands and targeted exercises to strengthen, tone, and energize your body. Training takes place in the garden of Nousch-qi or at a beautiful outdoor location in nature.

After workout, enjoy a cozy tasting of drinks & snacks together.

🌿 21-Day Challenge: Build Your Strength, Inside & Out 🌿
Every morning begins with a simple step: a walk with my dog, surrounded by nature. Breathing in fresh air, feeling the energy flow, reconnecting with life itself — this is where I gather my oxygen, my energy, my Qi. It’s a moment to ground myself, to arrive fully in the day.
Along the way, I move. Small exercises in between steps, with the lake beside me and nature all around. It’s not just a workout — it’s a reconnection. A way to recharge from the ground up, to find balance before the world speeds up.
Back home, the second part begins. In the garden, I focus on strength. Ground exercises that activate the core, working the belly, glutes, and legs. This is where I build stability, power, and resilience — physically and mentally.
Because this is more than just movement.This is about becoming stronger — in body, in mind, in life.
