What does the Qur’an say about disrespecting parents? Allah placed kindness to parents right after worship of Him. Then He said: Fa la taqullahuma uff Do not even say “uff” to them. That means the Qur’an does not wait for disrespect to become obvious. It cuts it off at the beginning. This reel is a wake up call for anyone who has ever answered a parent with attitude, a hard tone, or disrespect and called it normal. Wakhfid lahuma janaaha adh dhulli minar rahmah Lower yourself to them with humility and mercy. Rabbir hamhuma k**a rabbayanee sagheera My Lord, have mercy on them as they raised me when I was small. Share this with your kids or someone younger you love. Comment a 🤍 if this woke something up. Sources: Surah Al Isra 17:23–24. Surah Luqman 31:15.
